Camp Description: Are you ready to dive into Science? Do you like games, activities and experiments? Then Camp Hornet Science is for you! Students will experience the science behind animals, space, matter (chemical reactions) and inventions/engineering.

WEEK 1 (June 1-4): Animals (emphasis on habitat, food chains/webs and adaptations through games)
​
WEEK 2 (June 8-11): Space (the moon, planets and stars)
​
WEEK 3 (June 15-18): Chemical Reactions (such as in food and interesting combinations such as slime/goo and things that produce explosions)
​
WEEK 4 (June 22-25): Inventions & Engineering (monster traps (Rube Goldberg machines like Mouse Trap), machines to do your chores and back scratchers)
